Which appointment should I book?
Start with a New Client Custom Facial for everyday skincare with Lauren, or a NeoGen Consultation to explore plasma treatment with Shawn. Still unsure? Call us at 813‑773‑1966 and we’ll help you choose.
What should I expect after NeoGen?
Recovery varies from person to person and by treatment plan. At your consultation, Shawn will explain what to expect for your skin, including downtime, before any treatment is planned.
Will I be pushed into extra treatments or products?
No. We take the time to understand what you want help with, explain why we recommend a service or product, and skip anything you don’t need. A more aggressive or more expensive option is never automatically the right one.
Is Rustic Roots more of a spa or a clinic?
A little of both, on purpose. The space is calm and quiet, and every treatment decision is grounded in education and experience. You’re welcome to chat through your appointment or simply enjoy an hour of quiet.
Where are you located, and is parking easy?
You’ll find us at 11197 Trinity Blvd, Suite 8, Trinity, FL 34655. Our new space has easier parking, Rustic Roots signage out front, and a quieter setting than our previous salon suite.
